About The Role
A Series B healthtech business is hiring a Machine Learning Engineer to help take their models from prototype into reliable, monitored production systems. You'll work across the full lifecycle: data, training, deployment, and ongoing evaluation.
This is a fully remote role within the UK, with quarterly in-person team weeks.
What You'll Do
- Build and maintain production ML pipelines from data ingestion through to serving
- Design evaluation and monitoring strategies, including drift detection
- Collaborate with clinical and product stakeholders to translate requirements into model design
- Contribute to the team's MLOps tooling and best practice
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience deploying ML models to production, not just research/notebooks
- Strong Python skills and familiarity with a modern ML stack
- Understanding of model evaluation beyond raw accuracy (fairness, drift, business impact)
- Comfortable working in a regulated or safety-conscious environment
